Who has tried CBD? Where to look for it in the UK?

I, too, have tried CBD for stress relief and better sleep. Wasn't sure at first, but after a couple of weeks it was much easier - and generally calmer, and my sleep improved. When I started using CBD, I thought nothing would change. But after a couple of weeks I am much calmer, stress is gone, and I feel relaxed in the evening, sleep is better. Good effect if you don't expect instant miracles.
